Cancel your appointment on time
Cancellation free of charge min. 24 hours before booked time. Cancellation made on the same day or no show will be charged according to normal prices.

The patient must be at least 13 years old. Children aged 13-17 are welcome with the consent of a guardian.
Come to the treatment clean and fragrance-free
Fragrance hypersensitivity is widespread in my clientele, which is why it is important that you come to the treatment clean and fragrance-free. Strong scents, perfumes and colognes, etc. should be removed before the treatment.
Be healthy for treatment
This is of primary importance for your health, the health of others who come to the treatment, and the health of the masseur. I take care of disinfecting the treatment room after each treatment, but even the most thorough disinfection does not kill all viruses,
bacteria or other contaminants.
Always check with your doctor if you have any illnesses before coming to the treatment. Is this treatment suitable for you? If you are sick, or feel that you will be sick, stay home to recover.
Preliminary information form
On the first massage appointment, the patient is obligated to fill out a preliminary information form (name, personal identification number, address, telephone number, email address, work, hobbies, health status, illnesses, injuries, medications,
visit information and other information necessary for the patient’s treatment). Providing the above information is necessary to ensure a safe treatment.
If one or more conditions are not met upon arrival for treatment, the masseur has the right to refuse to treat the patient. In this case, a fee will be charged for the reserved time according to normal prices. More information below.
