Cancellation free of charge min. 24 hours before booked time. Cancellation made on the same day or no show will be charged according to normal prices.

The patient must be at least 13 years old. Children aged 13-17 are welcome with the consent of a guardian.

Please come to treatment clean and healthy.

On the first massage appointment, the patient is obligated to fill out a preliminary information form (name, personal identification number, address, telephone number, email address, work, hobbies, health status, illnesses, injuries, medications, visit information and other information necessary for the patient’s treatment). Providing the above information is necessary to ensure a safe treatment.

If one or more conditions are not met upon arrival for treatment, the masseur has the right to refuse to treat the patient. In this case, a fee will be charged for the reserved time according to normal prices. More information below.
